In the SW Florida Market, Jim Shiebler, CCIM, CEC, broker for Marcus & Millichap (NASDAQ: NYSE: MMI) has been recognized as the most active local dealmaker with this prestigious industry award. Mr. Shiebler, First Vice President of Investments with the Medefind Garner Shiebler Group, represented an impressive number of transactions, 58 total, in the year 2021. His team generated over $200M in commercial real estate sales.
Jim, a certified executive chef turned certified commercial investment member, has been with Marcus & Millichap for just six years but quickly made a name for himself in the commercial real estate industry.
